Getting Started

Q: How do I create an account?

A: Download Raven App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Tap "Sign Up" and register using your email address or Google account. Complete your profile to get started!

Q: Is Raven App free to use?

A: Yes! Raven App is free to download and use. We offer optional premium subscriptions for additional features like ad-free experience and exclusive content.

Q: What platforms is Raven available on?

A: Raven App is currently available on Android devices. iOS version is coming soon!

Account & Profile

Q: How do I edit my profile?

A: Go to your Profile tab, tap the edit icon next to your name, and update your information, profile picture, and gaming preferences.

Q: Can I connect my Steam account?

A: Yes! Go to your profile and tap "Import from Steam" to automatically import your game library.

Q: How do I change my password?

A: If you signed up with email, go to Settings > Account > Change Password. For Google sign-in users, manage your password through Google.

Q: How do I delete my account?

A: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Features

Q: What is Gamer DNA?

A: Gamer DNA is a unique feature that analyzes your gaming preferences and creates a personalized gamer profile based on your library and play style.

Q: How do I add games to my library?

A: Search for games using the search feature, tap on a game, and select "Add to Library." You can also import games from Steam.

Q: How do I follow other users?

A: Visit any user's profile and tap the "Follow" button to see their activity in your feed.

Subscription & Premium

Q: What does Premium include?

A: Premium subscribers enjoy: Ad-free experience, Exclusive badges and profile customization, Priority support, and Early access to new features.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Go to your store's subscription settings to cancel.

Q: Will I get a refund if I cancel?

A: Refund policies are determined by Google Play or Apple App Store. Contact their support for refund requests.

Notifications

Q: How do I manage notifications?

A: Go to Settings > Notifications to customize which notifications you receive (likes, comments, follows, etc.).

Q: I'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?

A: Make sure notifications are enabled in both the app settings and your device settings. Also check that battery optimization isn't blocking our app.

Troubleshooting

Q: The app is crashing. What should I do?

A: Try these steps: Force close and restart the app, Clear the app cache, Update to the latest version, Reinstall the app if issues persist.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

A: On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link.

Q: How do I report a bug?

A: Go to Settings > Help & Support > Report a Bug. Include as much detail as possible about the issue.

Safety & Reporting

Q: How do I report inappropriate content?

A: Tap the three dots (...) on any post or comment and select "Report." Choose the reason for your report and submit.

Q: How do I block a user?

A: Visit the user's profile, tap the three dots (...) and select "Block User." They won't be able to see your content or contact you.

Q: What happens when I report someone?

A: Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action based on our Community Guidelines.
